Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how FAMUS LLC (“FAMUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website (the “Site”). We keep it simple: we collect very little, we don't sell personal information, and we only use what you give us to respond to you.
Information you give us
Wholesale inquiries — when you submit the wholesale form, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, business type, and any details you include (such as estimated volume or a message). We use this to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
We do not currently sell products online, so we do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, or order history.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data needed to serve and secure the Site — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data in aggregate to keep the Site fast, secure, and reliable.
The store locator map loads map tiles from a third-party tile provider (CARTO / OpenStreetMap); your browser's requests to load those tiles are subject to those providers' policies.
How we use information
To respond to wholesale and general inquiries; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to understand which products and retailers people are interested in (in aggregate); and to comply with legal obligations. That's it.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — currently Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Supabase (secure form and store-locator data storage) — and where required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance (for example, bot mitigation). Your browser settings let you control cookies at any time.
Data retention
We keep wholesale inquiry submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the relationship, then delete or anonymize them. Aggregate technical logs are retained per our infrastructure providers' standard schedules.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted to us at any time — contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and our caffeinated products are not recommended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
